2. SETTING UP

Measure provided screen area

Cut Pinewood to make the frame for the mirror

Making 3 small openings for wires to access power sockets and also LE cables
-
Insert thread inserts in the back frame to allow screws to secure the back panel and also future access for maintenance

Paint internal black to assure nothing see-through when the 2-way mirror is secured

Had to redo our team initial design due to COVID19

Due to COVID 19, I was unable to find professional to do precise cutting which leads me to buy precut wood and also a saw to do manual sawing

Searching precise wood thickness for the frame

Having to purchase tools instead of borrowing from friends due to COVID19
-
Fail to do miters cut because tools for miters cut is expensive and manual cutting is not precise enough to joint all 4 corners perfectly which resorts to another design

Seeking the right wood to use to ensure that it would not break
